To resolve this problem

From the resources, one of the possible cause of this error is due to the in sufficient buffer space in the NetBT Datagram buffer.By increasing the MaxDgramBuffering value from 128KB to 256KB should resolve this problem.Run regedt32.exe, go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSetServices\NetBT\Parameters.

Edit, Add Value, add the below following information:

Value Name: MaxDgramBuffering
Data Type :Reg_Dword
Value :40000 (hex)

The configuration information of the performance library "C:\WINNT\system32\aspperf.dll" for the "ASP" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

To Resolve this problem

To resolve this problem, you may need to unload the all the IIS performance dynamic-link libraries (DLLs).
